Introduction & Acceptance
By registering, using, or accessing the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
Definitions
- person who requests an item to be brought from another country.
- person who is traveling to/through the destination and agrees to carry items for an Order Placer in exchange for a reward.
- a pairing between an Order Placer request and a Traveler whose travel path matches the order route.
- funds held by the Company from the Order Placer until successful delivery verification.
- step-by-step proof provided by users (photos, timestamps, location proofs, tracking scans, handoff confirmations) during the order lifecycle.
- Company’s conditional promise that the Order Placer will pay only if the delivered product matches the verified product requested (subject to proof requirements and limitations in these Terms).
Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
- You must provide accurate identity information and maintain accurate contact details. You authorize us to run identity/vetting checks.
- Suspicious or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.
How the Service Works (Process Overview)
- Order Placer creates a request describing the item, origin, destination, reward, expected pickup/dropoff points, and required verification steps.
- Company lists and attempts to match the request with Travelers on relevant routes.
- Traveler accepts; a match is formed and escrow/payment instructions are provided.
- Order Placer deposits funds into escrow (includes item cost if required + service & escrow fees).
- Traveler picks up the item at origin, follows verification steps (photos, timestamps, geolocation), carries it and performs delivery verification at hand-off.
- Once verification is completed and accepted (or after dispute resolution), escrow is released as per policy.
Payments, Escrow & Fees
- All payments go through our escrow system unless otherwise agreed. Fees shown in-app are final at the time of payment.
- Escrow release conditions: successful verification by Order Placer or automatic release after the defined verification window if no dispute filed (see Disputes).
- Refunds, partial releases, or reversals will follow the Dispute Resolution process.
- Payment processors’ fees, currency conversion fees, and any platform charges are disclosed at checkout. We may change fees with notice.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
- The Order Placer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- One USP of the platform is the ability to reduce heavy duty tax exposure via peer-delivery models; however, compliance with local laws is the sole responsibility of users. The Company does not guarantee customs outcomes.
- For deliveries touching Pakistan, our Genuine Product Guarantee applies subject to proof and limits (see Section 10).
Verification, Proof & Liability
- Verification steps are mandatory. Failure to follow verification may forfeit guarantees.
- Acceptable proof: time-stamped photos of item and packaging, location check-ins, boarding pass or travel itinerary corroboration, handover photos with recipient, barcode scans. We may specify required verification flows for categories of items.
- The Company is not liable for losses, damages, or taxes unless explicitly stated and only to the extent described in these Terms.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
- Illegal goods, controlled substances, illicit drugs.
- Weapons, explosives, or regulated hazardous materials.
- High-value restricted goods (e.g., large amounts of cash, certain luxury items) without prior Company approval and insurance.
- Items restricted by airline or local regulations (e.g., large lithium batteries) unless properly declared and approved.
- Intellectual property infringing or counterfeit goods.
Traveler Obligations & Safety
- Travelers must carry items only in checked or allowed luggage as per airline rules and local regulations.
- Travelers must not open, alter, or use items they carry. Exceptions for inspection by authorities only.
- Travelers must maintain communication during the order lifecycle and follow verification steps.
- Company recommends Travelers purchase travel insurance for high-value shipments. Company may offer optional insurance products.
Pakistan Genuine Product Guarantee (if delivery passes Pakistan)
- Where an order is designated as “Pakistan Touch” and processed through our verified flow, we guarantee that the Order Placer will pay out of escrow only if the delivered product is verified as genuine per evidence standards.
- Guarantee conditions: (a) required verification steps completed, (b) video/photo evidence showing item and packaging at time of handoff, (c) no tampering observed, (d) no false or forged verification.
- Guarantee exclusions: prohibited items, customs seizures, damages occurring prior to Traveler pickup, or inconsistent/insufficient proof. See Dispute Resolution for timelines and evidence rules.
Dispute Resolution & Refunds
- Disputes must be filed within the in-app dispute window (e.g., 72 hours after delivery verification).
- Both parties will upload evidence (photos, timestamps, comms). The Company will attempt mediation using available logs and verification artifacts.
- If mediation fails, funds remain in escrow until resolved or refunded based on the investigation. The Company’s decision is final within its platform; parties may still pursue legal remedies.
- Abuse of dispute process (fraudulent claims) may result in sanctions, including suspension and liability for investigation costs.
Ratings & Reviews
- Both parties may rate and review after order completion. Ratings influence matching and visibility.
- Fraudulent or abusive reviews may be removed. Users may contest reviews per our policy.
Insurance & Liability
- Company is not an insurer. We may offer optional insurance for items; coverage details are in the insurance policy.
- Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Company’s liability is limited to direct proven damages up to the amount of fees paid for the affected transaction. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Intellectual Property
- Service content, logos, marks, and code are owned by Company. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Company a license to operate and display it as required for platform functionality.
Privacy & Data
- We collect and process identity, contact, transaction, device, and travel-related data to provide the Service. Please see our Privacy Policy for details, rights, and data retention rules.
Termination & Suspension
- Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or legal requests.
- Users may delete their accounts, subject to outstanding obligations and retention rules.
Governing Law & Changes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Company Jurisdiction — e.g., Pakistan]. Replace with your registered jurisdiction.
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
